The tour company was a completely different name than we booked - no name on the van, completely different marina than listed on the tour, and a totally different company name at the marina. Second, the actual tour was a disaster - we snorkeled for maybe 20 minutes, and I couldn’t actually snorkel because the water was so packed. That’s not an exaggeration - we were ass-to-ass, no room to swim. I got my mask in the water for maybe 5 minutes total. Third, we had 30 minutes…”
