“We had a major storm blow through about an hour before our departure. We were there in time however the captain determined there was too much lightning in the area and cancelled the trip. We had to leave for Bellagio the next am so sorry to say we didn’t get to experience but will try another time. The owner of the boat was great and talked with us for a few minutes about his trek to Venice and his experiences. Said he will contact Viator and arrange a refund. Would highly recommend based on our experience.”
