They were polite to us and fulfilled the minimum requirements of taking care of us but it was obvious they were not getting along. But we did have a mix up with the reservation, GetYourGuide lets you book the cruise until the boat leaves the dock, so we ended up switching our trip to a colder day and we didn’t get any reimbursement for that. So learn from our mistakes and make the booking well in advance 😉”
