“So to put it into context, we've just got back after a full 12 hour day. The tour guide was brilliant throughout but be prepared to sit on coaches for a VERY long time. Considering we were on our feet for a full 12 hours, the island and tropical pool and catamaran ride only totalled about 4 of those hours. Well worth the money just let down by chaotic and sketchy pick ups/drop offs. The island itself was stunning and buffet was fab, the pineapple Pina Colada is an absolute must. Just a shame we only got 1.5hrs on it ! Picture postcard perfect just be aware of the LONG…”

I punti negativi: - isola troppo affollata - troppa gente ubriaca - ultimo ma non meno importante, rientrando dall'isola abbiamo cambiato barca senza essere avvisati. Avevamo lasciato su l'attrezzatura da snorkeling ed è stato un cinema recuperarle. A parer mio avrei evitato di includere le bevande alcoliche nell'open bar, anche perché c'erano bambini a bordo.. e non è una bella scena. Consiglio di NON LASCIARE NULLA INCUSTODITO. Do tre stelle e non una perché il capitano è stato gentile e si è attivato per aiutarci”

“Mauvaise expérience, organisation catastrophique très mal géré par les guides surtout qu’il y’a un seul guide pour 10 groupé différent , on a du attendre presque une heure avant de monter à bord ou même dans le catamaran nous empêche de boire à volonté , au bout d’un moment ils nous ont dit qu’il ne servent plus à boire. Une fois arrivé sur l’île saona , fallait encore attendre 30minute avant de pouvoir manger. Mal bouffe , deux collègue sont tombé malade juste après cette expérience deux fois toxication alimentaire. A évité !”

“Nos citaron a las 9:15 y salimos 1 hora después, estuvimos esperando bajo el sol mientras tanto. En la actividad dice que verás las estrellas de mar lo cual, no sucedió. La actividad la reservamos por ese motivo sin embargo, cuando le pregunté a Casilindo (nuestro guía) me dijo “uy eso ya fue. Súbete ya” No fue barra libre pues decidieron cerrar la barra. Poco tiempo en la playa y la comida muy regular. Pese a esto la pasamos bien y nos divertimos!”

“I liked most the natural pool experience. It was stunning! The least thing I liked was killing 2 roaches on the bus that picked us up from the hotel. There communication has to improve! No communication whatsoever of what we’re doing, they stopped for gas and had us change buses and we just sat for over a half hour not knowing what was going on. We could have went to the restroom, got something to drink if they had communicated it.”
