“We booked a 11h30 cruise and because of the lack of proper instructions and flight delays we arrived at 11h31 and we were told that we lost our tickets, this is despite us calling and letting the company know in advance that we are running late. We were told to book another cruise. I do not think that for any company sticking to the general rules without any exceptions is a recipe of loosing customers.”
